What does membership cost?
There are three levels, and which one fits depends on how much of the year you want the practice with you, so we cover it on your call.
Labs, panels and any products are billed at what they cost the practice.
How does payment work?
The practice is membership based and cash pay. Dr. Nields answers to you and not to a billing code, so a visit runs as long as your history takes and the plan is built around what you need.

Can I keep my current doctor?
Yes. We work alongside the physicians you already see, and Dr. Nields will get on the phone with them directly when it helps.
If you need a specialist we do not have, we say so and help you find one.
How is this different from a wellness clinic?
A physician directs the care, and the plan comes from your own testing. There is no menu. Dr. Nields has practiced emergency medicine, intensive care and twelve years of primary care, and he reads your panel against your history.
Anything outside our scope gets referred out, and he will tell you when something is not worth doing.
Is Dr. Nields taking new members?
Yes, and the roster is deliberately small. Full Concierge membership is capped at fifty so that the access being offered is real, and when it fills there is a waiting list.
