Frequently Asked Questions
If yours is not here, ask it on the call.
How does payment work?
The practice is membership based and cash pay. Dr. Nields answers to you and not to a billing code, so a visit runs as long as your history takes and the plan is built around what you need.
Labs and any products are billed at what they cost us, with nothing added.
Can I keep my current doctor?
Yes. We work alongside the physicians you already see, and Dr. Nields will get on the phone with them directly when it helps.
If you need a specialist we do not have, we say so and help you find one.
Where are you located?
4300 Marsh Landing Blvd, Suite 203, Jacksonville Beach, with members across Jacksonville and the beaches.
Telehealth is available in roughly forty states, so the practice travels with you.
What happens on the first call?
You talk to our wellness coordinator for about fifteen minutes. You describe what brought you here, they explain how the practice works and what it would involve, and by the end you both know whether this is the right place for you. Dr. Nields joins or follows up when the question needs him.
There is nothing to prepare and nothing to bring.
How is this different from a wellness clinic?
A physician directs the care, and the plan comes from your own testing. There is no menu. Dr. Nields has practiced emergency medicine, intensive care and twelve years of primary care, and he reads your panel against your history.
Anything outside our scope gets referred out, and he will tell you when something is not worth doing.
What does membership cost?
There are three levels, and which one fits depends on how much of the year you want the practice with you, so we cover it on your call.
Labs, panels and any products are billed at what they cost the practice.
What does the testing cover?
Biological aging, cellular and mitochondrial function, metabolic and vascular health, hormones over time, and the load from what you have been exposed to. It is a wider picture than an annual panel, and it is chosen for you instead of run as a default set.
Dr. Nields reads the results against your history and tells you which two or three findings matter.
What treatments do you offer?
Treatment follows the testing. Depending on what your baseline shows, that can mean IV nutrition, bioregulator peptides, detoxification support, circadian rhythm optimization, and nutrition and exercise programs written from your own results.
None of it is a standard package. Two people arriving with the same complaint often leave with different plans, and Dr. Nields will say plainly when something you have read about is not ready for you yet.
Who is the practice for?
People who want their health managed instead of checked once a year: business owners and operators, parents under real load, and anyone who has been told their labs are normal and does not feel it.
If what brought you here needs a different kind of care, Dr. Nields will say so on the first call.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes, in roughly forty states, so members who travel or who have moved away keep the same physician.
The baseline visit and any in-person treatment happen at the practice in Jacksonville Beach.
Is Dr. Nields taking new members?
Yes, and the roster is deliberately small. Full Concierge membership is capped at fifty so that the access being offered is real, and when it fills there is a waiting list.
The first call is where we work out which level fits and whether there is room in it.
How long before I see results?
You get a baseline panel at the start, a first retest a few months in, and regular retesting after that, so progress is measured and never assumed.
We do not put a number on how fast that moves, because it depends on what the testing finds.
Not sure where to start?
We can talk you through what your care would look like within your first call with us.
